Terms & conditions
- CS Trophy is open to current students of IIT Madras.
- Each player pays for themselves: either Premium (₹200, every sport) or per sport (₹70 for each outdoor sport, ₹40 for each indoor sport, ₹20 for each eSport). A payment is valid only for the player whose roll number it was made with, and only for the sports it covers.
- A registration is confirmed only after successful payment. A player can be part of only one team per sport.
- Team sizes, the female-player requirement and the optional faculty member follow the CS Trophy 2025-26 rulebook, shown on each sport's Rules page.
- Fixtures, rules and schedules are decided by the CSA organising team, and their decisions are final.
Cancellation & refund policy
- Fees are non-refundable once the payment is confirmed, except as below.
- If an event is cancelled by CSA, the full fee is refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- If you were charged twice or charged without a confirmed registration, email csa@cse.iitm.ac.in with your payment ID and we will refund the extra amount within 7 working days.
Shipping & delivery policy
CS Trophy registrations are a service delivered online. No physical goods are shipped. Your registration is confirmed on this website immediately after a successful payment, and you can check it at any time with the "Check your pass" box on the home page using your roll number. If your payment succeeded but your registration does not show up within 1 hour, email csa@cse.iitm.ac.in with your payment ID.
Privacy policy
We collect names, roll numbers, email addresses, phone numbers and gender (needed because most team sports require a female player), plus the name and email of any faculty member a team adds, only to organise CS Trophy and contact participants. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We do not share your data with anyone outside the organising team.
